Dear all,

After discussing for almost 3,86,476 minutes, our governing board chaired by none other then the visionary of the visionary, ugliest of the ugly, corruptest of the corrupts, dirtiest of the dirty, smelliest of the smelly, the ultimate opportunist, undisputed queen of parasites, lady with the greasiest hand in the history of mankind, Indian leg masseur, male version of Narad muni, Tussar kappor of Tussar Kapoors,Uday Chopra of Udayas Chopras, Shakti Kapoor’s dream girl Her highness Srimati SARITA GIRI, came into conclusion that this latest numbering of the newly formed states in Nepal is not according to the agreement made between  and our institute and  Lazimpat Palace. 

  After contemplating for hours and hours and chewing tons of MENTOS, our leader get struck with this novel idea of increasing number of states from 11 to 28 as it will make those groups and casts happy who have been forbidden to owe their own state.

Secondly her holiness , SARITA GIRI, keeping her tradition of renaming things alive  also wants to rename  these 28 states according to the states of India.(see picture no 3).

 

Her divine logic behind this visionary move is that being culturally and linguistically similarly haven’t been enough to win the uninterrupted blessing and intervention from our southern neighbour. Renaming our states as same as of Indian one  will be  a blessing in disguise for the flow of purest and uninterrupted favor which will be ultimate gift that every Nepalese can dream of.

जातिय राज्य जिन्दाबाद

के तपाई आफु र आफ्नो जाति पिछडिनुमा बाहुन र छत्रि लाई दोसि मान्नुहुन्छ?? के तपाई आफ्नो जाति को छुट्टै राज्य होस भन्ने चाहनुहुन्छ? के तपांई भोलि बन्ने सम्बिधानमा आफ्नो जातिको पहिचान होस भन्ने चाहनुहुन्छ?? यदि चाहनुहुन्छ भने आउनुहोस आजै आफ्ना मागहरु जोड-दार, फोड-फाड, मोड-माड, मारा-मार,र हाना-हान ढङ्गले अगाडि राखौ र आफ्नो मनले रोजेको, ट्याक्क मिलेको राज्य मागौ।

तपाइहरुको यहि माग लाइ ध्यानमा राखि ‘रास्ट्र टुक्राउ- अस्मिता लुटाउ’© अभियान सगौरभ प्रस्तुत गर्दछ-एक जाति एक राज्य को अबधारणा। यस युगान्तकारि, क्रान्तिकारि, परिबर्तनकारि, बिखन्डनकारि, Ass kicking, Nobel prize winning, own state owing  धारणा अनुसार नेपालमा बसोबास गर्ने हरेक जनजाति चाहे लेप्चा हुन या लोहार, थामि हुन् या दशनामि सबैको  आफ्नै छुट्ठै राज्य हुनुपर्छ, चाहे त्यो जातिको सम्पुर्ण जनसङ्ख्या मिलाएर एउटा फुटबल टिमनै नबनोस। 

केहि उपबुर्जुकहरु जातियताको आधारमा नै किन राज्य चाहियो भनेर कुर्लन सक्छन त्यस्ता बज्रस्वाँठहरुका लागि जातिय राज्यका फाइदाहरु

• ·         एकात्मक प्रणालि हुदा नामोनिसान नदेखिने, नसुनिने जातिय नेताहरु जातिय राज्य हुने बित्तिकै राता-रात बरिस्ठ नेतामा गनिन पुगिने

• ·         जतिय राजनितिमा लाग्नुभएको छैन भनेपनि नया बन्ने राज्यमा कम्तिमा पनि सचिब या राजदुत सरहको पोस्ट पड्काउन पाइने

• ·         बिदेस भ्रमण कति हो कति

• ·         मापसे मा परियोभने म फलानो प्रान्तको सहायक-उप-राज्य मन्त्रि भनेर छुट्न पाइने

• ·         छुट्टै ग्याङ (जाति अनुसारको) बनाएर हप्ता, फिरौति, चन्दा आदि उठाउन पाइने, आदि इत्यादि

लै केन्द्रले यो कुरा पनि मान्यो रे (मानिलिउ एकछिनलाइ) तर कुरा मानेर मात्र त हुदैन। राज्य कसरि छुट्याउने?? धन्दा नलिनुहोस्, हामि संग त्यसको पनि समाधान छ

सबभन्दा पहिले हाम्रा मधेसि बबुवाहरुको हितलाइ दिमागमे राख्दै हमलोगोने नेपालको दछिनि सिमानामा  ४बटा राज्यको ब्यबस्था गरेका छौ। हिन्दुस्तानको कृपा सदा प्राप्त भैरहन सस्कृति र भासा मात्र मिलेर नहुने भन्ने ठानेर हाम्रो अभियानले यि राज्यका नक्सा पनि हिन्दुस्तान संग मिल्दो जुल्दो हुने गरि राखियको छ (हेर्नुस तस्बिर)

कुनै जातिबाट, for a change, निस्चित ज्यामितिय आकार भयको राज्यको माग भयको खन्डमा त्यस्तो अबस्थाको लागि भनेर हाम्रो अभियानले गोलाकार, त्रिभुज, चतुर्भुज, वर्गाकार, पञ्चकोणाकार राज्यको नक्सा तयार पारेको छ (हेर्नुस तस्बिर) यस्ता राज्यमा बस्ने साना नानिहारुले स्कुलको सामाजिक सिछा बिसयको परिछामा आफ्नो जिल्लाको नक्सा बनाउन खासै मिहेनत गर्नु पर्दैन।

#घटना हुने बित्तिकै सब भन्दा पहिला तेस्को घोर र कडा सब्दमा भर्त्सना गरेर बिज्ञप्ति निकाल्नुस। बिज्ञप्ति मा 'आतातई' , 'पासविक', 'आतंककारी' जस्ता सब्द राख्न नबिर्सनुस र बिज्ञप्ति मा दोसी लै कानुन को कठघरा मा ल्लियुने प्रतिबध्ता पनि जनौनुस।

# तेसपची दलबल सहित घटनास्थल को भ्रमण मा निस्कनुस। मेडिया का मान्छेहरु धेरै हुन्छन तेई भएर अनुहार मलिन बनाउन नबिर्सनुस।मेडिया कै अगाडी पुलिसले राम्रो कम गर्न सकेन भनेर गाली गर्न सक्नुभयो भने अझ राम्रो।

#तेस्पछी लाग्नुस् आस्पताल तिर घाइते हरुलाई भेट्न। डाक्टर हरुसंग घाइते को स्तिथि कोबारेमा कुरा गर्नुस । घाइते हरु संग पनि कुरा गरे जस्तो गर्नुस। पत्रकारहरु त्या पनि पुग्यकै हुन्छन, मौका किन उम्किन दिने - ठोक्नुस भासन- अपराधी उम्किन पौदैना भनेर कुर्लनुस (जुस र फलफुल लियर जना नबिर्सनुस)

#मृतक का आफन्तलाई समबेदना दिन पनि जानै पर्यो ( मैले माथि उल्लेख गर्न बिर्सेछु - मृतक को अन्ठेस्थी गर्दा आफ्नो पार्टी को झन्डा ओदौना नभुल्नुस। mero कार्यकाल मा मरेका मान्छे कसरि अरुकुनै पार्टी को हुन सक्छ भन्ने पाडे तर्क दिनुस। छेतिपुर्ती को घोसना पनि गर्नुस।

# अबको स्टेप भनेको आयोग बनाउने - सर्बोच अदालत का रिटायर्ड न्यादिश को अध्यछातामा ५ सदश्य छानबिन आयोग को घोसना गर्नुस .आयोग मा एक जना पुलिस को DIG , , एक जना जनजाती को मान्छे (मर्ने मा जनजाती धेरै रहेछन) अनि अरु २ जना चै आफ्नै पार्टी को मान्छे घुसाएर आयोग बनौनुस्।

# आयोग लाई १५ दिन भित्र आफ्नो प्रतिबेदन दिन समय छुटौनुस .कम्तिमा पनि २ चोटी आयोग को म्याद थप्नुस्। येतिन्जेल कुनै अर्को ठाउमा पडकैहाल्चन। सारा जनता को ध्यान तेतै divert भैहाल्छ र माथि का स्टेपहरु फेरी दोहोरौनुस ।

सर्वप्रथम त छिमेकी राष्ट्र भारतलाई पहिलो पटक Formula 1 खेल को सफल आयोजना गरेकोमा हार्दिक बधाई दिन चाहन्छु |बिस्लेशकहरुले भारत को आर्थिक उपलब्धि सतही र खोक्रो हो र धनि र गरिब बीच को खाडल झन् झन् फराकिलो हुदैछ भनेर जति सुकै करायेपनी Formula 1 जस्तो बिश्वोकै महँगो खेल को आयोजना गरेर भारतले आफ्नो आर्थिक ऊनती मजबुत को संदेश बाकी बिश्वोलाई दियको छ|

मेरो सरोकार त्येही Formula 1 खेल खेल्ने स्थान, circuit (क्रिकेट खेल्ने ठाउँलाइ pitch भने जस्तै Formula 1 हुने ठाउँ लाइ circuit भनिन्छ ) को नामलाई लियर हो| आफ्नो नया circuit को नाम Buddh International circuit राखेकोछ भारतले| हुन त बुद्ध भन्ने नाम नेपाल र नेपाली संगै जोडियर आउनु पर्छ भन्नेकेहि पनि छैन. नेपाल मा उनले जति समय बिताए त्यो भन्दा बढी समय उनि भारत लगायत क़ा आन्य मुलुक मा बिताए होलान .त्येश माथि पनि उनलाई light of asia भनेर उपनाम दिईयको छ

संसार भरिक़ा खेल संग सम्बद्ध संचारमध्यमहरुको ध्यान भारतमा केन्द्रित भयको बेला circuit को नाम भगवान बुद्ध बाट राखेर कतै भारत ले अप्रतक्ष रुपमा बुद्ध नेपाल मा नभयर भारत मा जन्मियका हुन् भन्ने संदेश त दिन खोजेको होइन ????

Vulture at vulture restaurant

I have recently visited Vulture Restaurant located in the pithauli VDC of Nawalparasi district in Nepal. Which is about 150 km south of Kathmandu? The purpose of my visit was conducting a research regarding Vulture conservation, as I am doing my B.Sc. thesis on Community participation in Wildlife conservation: A case study of Vulture conservation on Pithauli VDC in Nawalparasi district.

It was a questionnaire survey in which various kinds of question were asked for various people. The set of question was different for local people, key informant and tourist.

Pithauli region being attached to Chitwan national park is famous for its diversities among vulture. Out of 8 spp of vulture found in Nepal, 7 can be easily spotted in this region. So Nawalparasi region is also called Vulture capital of Nepal.

A vulture restaurant hase been in operation from last year and because of that the total no of vulture hase been increased from 30 odd to about 100.

A vulture restaurant is a place where vulture are feed with safe,( by safe means free from Diclofenac, which is a anti inflammatory drug often used to treat sick cattles) carcasses.

Local people are highly involved in vulture conservation. A management committee consisting of different local people from various walk of life is example of people voluntary involvement.
